Shipping & Delivery
UsaCoffeeMaker uses a variety of shipping partners to get your beverage equipment delivered safely and on time. 
During checkout, you will be asked to provide the shipping ZIP code and type of shipping service. 
Please note that not all shipping services are available to all addresses.
If you would like ground shipping to a home address, please select the home delivery option at checkout.
This does not apply to other shipping options, including 2Day/Overnight.

Some large products require special shipping options. Our customer service representatives will contact you in case your order exceeds the weight or size limits for standard shipping.
*We may charge extra for Hawaii and Alaska.

 We charge 6.875% tax for deliveries only within the state of New Jersey.
 We offer the following shipping methods and delivery times:
        UPS Ground (5 Business Days)
        UPS Next Day Air (Next Business Day)
        UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days)
        U.S.P.S. Priority Mail (7 Business Days)
We usually will fill your order the same day you order.
If there is a wait of more than 5 days, we will notify you by EMAIL.
We may charge extra for Hawaii and Alaska.
*If you qualify for FREE Ground Shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items,
you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items. Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
If you return any items from an order that received FREE Super Saver Shipping,
the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Super Saver Shipping at any time.
If orders were places on Saturday or Sunday they will only be processed the following Monday.
Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air orders that are placed after 12PM Eastern Time will be processed and shipped the next business day.

If the shipping address is Hawaii, Alaska, APO AP, PSC etc, Yahoo! Does not calculate shipping charges [only handling fee], and the shipping charges will added later.

We will provide you with a tracking number for most packages (this may not apply to small items or items shipped by special carrier).  You can track your packages at the following web addresses:

UsaCoffeeMaker uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption for all credit card transactions.
We adhere to the industry-standard requirements for merchants processing credit card transactions.
Our site uses cookies to identify the items in your shopping cart.
We will not sell your personal information to any third party.
If you do register an account, you have the option of being put on a mailing list for periodic notifications about specials and other promotions.
You can unsubscribe at any time through our web site or by contacting our customer support specialists.
Returns & Replacements
UsaCoffeeMaker strives to ensure customer satisfaction.
If there are any problems with an order, please contact us via phone or email within thirty (30) days of receipt of merchandise.
In case of a defective product, contact us within thirty (30) days to initiate a product exchange.
Any product defects outside of this time frame will be referred to warranty support. Returns will be accepted only on unopened items in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee will be charged on returned items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened items because they are beverage processing products.
If you are unsure about your product needs, please contact one of our customer care representatives prior to ordering to determine the correct product for you.
Ordering
Ordering products is simple on UsaCoffeeMaker - once you have chosen the product that is right for you, simply click the "Add to Cart" button.
Once you are done adding products, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button and follow the instructions there. 
During checkout you have the option of registering for an account or checking out as a guest. 
If you register an account, you can log in again and your address and other options will be saved (credit card numbers will not be saved).
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
UsaCoffeeMaker accepts all major credit cards and checks/money orders (by approval). Prices listed on the item page are without tax and shipping.
Tax will be added at checkout if necessary, based on shipping address.  Shipping charges are based on ZIP code and type of shipping. 
Promotions are valid only for the time listed and may not be combined with other offers.
Viewing Orders
To check the status of your order, please contact customer service or use the tracking links provided at the top of the page.
Updating Account Information
If you have created an account, you may log in with your account and update your information at any time.
Updates will only be effective on orders placed after the update.
